With projects spanning from music videos, documentaries, commercials, branding videos and more, Encima Media is a video production and photography company collaborating with clients ranging from small and large with over 50,000,000 views. Our diverse team strives to bring you video production and photography that is ABOVE. 

The term "encima" is the Spanish word for "above." One the founders, Paul De La Cerda, had a conversation with his father about creating a company. Paul tells his father about the scene from Rocky IV where Rocky trains in Russia to fight against someone whose odds of winning are higher than Rocky. After rigorous training, Rocky finally reaches to the top of the mountain and screams his heart out. After all that work, he is ready to face his opponent. Paul kept saying, above, to reach for something higher. His father then says, "why not encima?" Thus the company was created. 

Our logo represents that.

The "M" represents that mountain. The top part of the diamond is bolder than the other representing our reach for something greater.
