Kyle Park - Don’t Forget Where You Came From

This artist was one of the first to give Encima Media’s founder a chance in the music industry over a decade ago. Today, that relationship remains strong, and Encima Media is proud to continue working with Kyle Park whenever he needs us. A Texas-born country artist, Kyle Park has an incredible catalog of music that truly embodies the spirit of country.

THE CREATIVE CONCEPT

"Don't Forget Where You Come From" is exactly what its title suggests—a powerful story about heritage, legacy, and family.

Kyle Park envisioned a cinematic, story-driven music video featuring professional actors to bring this narrative to life. The video follows a young man who learns of his father’s passing. While his father found great success in the oil industry, the son chose a different path, taking on various jobs to make ends meet. However, after his father’s death, he decides to follow in his footsteps, ultimately finding success and realizing that, in the end, it’s not about what you do—it’s about who you do it for. Family.

WHAT THIS CAMPAIGN COVERED:

  • Creative and Storyboard

  • Pre-Production with various locations including an oil field to capture content

  • Multiple days of filming plus casting

This project spanned roughly 2–3 days, with one particularly demanding 10-hour day of filming across multiple locations. Due to budget constraints and the need to avoid disrupting business operations, we had minimal time at each site, requiring detailed planning for every shot to stay on schedule.

For the oil field scenes, we traveled south to film at an active work site. Capturing the daily grind of oil field workers firsthand was an incredible experience, giving us a raw and authentic look at their demanding profession.
